Less waste. Faster quotes. Produce together.
NestingPro makes smart sheet optimization accessible to every workshop. Nest parts, send a professional quote in minutes, and deliver production-ready DXFs straight to the saw, together with your whole team, no installs needed.
No credit card required. Runs entirely in your browser. From 5 euro per month.
From drawing to production in five steps.
Everything happens in your browser. No install, no waiting, no hassle.
1. Import parts
Drop SVGs, DXFs or type parts with length, width and quantity. Multiple layers (CUT, ENGRAVE, TEXT) are preserved.
2. Pick material and sheets
Select from your material library, set sheet sizes and price. Remnants from previous projects are included automatically.
3. Nest with one click
The engine runs in the background with fine rotation and contour nesting. Live progress, with kerf and trim margins applied.
4. Review and fine-tune
Zoom into every sheet, verify cutting order and utilization. Tweak kerf, orientation or parts and re-nest instantly.
5. Export to CNC and customer
Download DXF per sheet for your saw and send a PDF quote to your customer. Everything archived in your project.
Example: sheet 1 of 3, 94% utilization
Why NestingPro?
Four reasons that turn 'just nesting' into 'working better every day'.
More sustainable
More parts from one sheet, reuse offcuts, throw away less. Better for your margin and the planet.
Faster quotes
From drawing to PDF quote in minutes. Cost price, customer numbering and material prices calculated automatically.
Serve together
Invite colleagues into your team workspace. Everyone works in the same projects, customers and material library.
Production-ready
DXF per sheet with cutting order, kerf, lead-in/out and tool mapping. Ready for your CNC, no rework.
Every gram of sheet counts.
Traditional nesting often wastes 20 to 35 percent of a sheet. NestingPro uses fine rotation and contour nesting to shrink those margins, and stores usable offcuts in your remnant stock so you can reuse them in the next project.
- Reuse offcuts across projects
- Kerf and trim margins included precisely
- Material usage visible per project and per customer
based on projects with contour nesting and remnant reuse compared to rectangular guillotine nesting.

Frequently asked questions
How does team collaboration work?
On Pro or Studio you create a team workspace, invite colleagues with a link and work together on the same projects, customers and materials. Extra seats cost 4 euro per month per team member.
Is the output really CNC ready?
Yes. Every sheet exports as a DXF with optimal cutting order, kerf compensation, lead-in/out and separate layers (CUT, ENGRAVE, TEXT), usable on most CNC controllers.
What happens to my offcuts?
You store usable offcuts in your remnant stock and reuse them in new projects. That saves material and money.
Why 5 euro? What's the catch?
There is no catch. We believe nesting tools should be within reach of every workshop. Pay only for what you use, no setup fees, no annual contract, cancel anytime.
Can I try teams on a free account?
On a free account you see the Team menu with an explanation, but creating teams requires a Pro subscription.
